1. Do we place the loan for you? No, we help you get your project packaged in the best light, but you are responsible for following up lender leads and finalizing funding.
2. Does Commercial Loan Packaging compete in the funding market? No, we simply act as your partner to structure your deal in the best light. We are not a competitor.
3. Do we offer a confidentiality agreement? Yes at the start of each deal we will sign a confidentiality agreement. Samples are attached.
4. How long as it take to complete a loan package or business plan? Typically once we have all the required documentation for a loan package we can complete the package within one week. Business plans typically take two weeks from receipt of all required documentation. These time frames are guidelines and will vary based on each deal’s complexity. Completion time estimates are given to clients during the process.
5. Can we fill out loan in scenario forms unique to individual lenders? Yes, we can complete specific applications or forms for an additional charge.
